Before your visit
How do I change or cancel my appointment?
Use the link in your confirmation text or email and choose “Change time” or “I can’t attend”. You can also sign in to My account with your phone number. Changes up to 12 hours before are free of charge.
Why do I receive a confirmation request?
We ask 24 hours before your appointment. If you confirm, your slot is secured; if not, it is offered to a guest on the waiting list. You can also reply 1 or 2 to the text.
Do you take a deposit?
For longer services (permanent make-up, colour, bridal) a 20% deposit may be requested online. It is refundable up to 24 hours before. (Demo — no real payment is taken.)
Who is laser hair removal not suitable for?
It is postponed during pregnancy, with certain medication, active skin infections or recent sunburn. A specialist assessment always comes before the first session.
